Fitness Program Entry #8~Weigh in day

The Adult Fitness Program I am involved in is doing a Weight Loss was weigh in day. I missed working out last Monday, so had to weigh in on Tuesday and gained 1.2 lbs..this week: TA DA!!! I LOST 2.6 lbs! Woot!!!

So I made up for last weeks weight gain and ALSO lost a bit more. Hopefully I am now on the road to weight loss.

Tomorrow I am taking 2 daughters and 3 grandkids to a state park for a bit of hiking. I am looking forward to it!

  1. We did NOT go on that hike *bummer* weather just not cooperating, but I did go do an awesome cardio workout!
